Common questions

How do I warm up fast after a cold session?
Get out of the wind first, then pour warm (not scalding) water down your wetsuit before you peel it off, change quickly into dry layers under a robe, and have a hot drink. Avoid a very hot shower right away, since it can drop your core temperature further.
